Introduction
For some people like me, cooking is a hobby. It takes patience, creativity, risks, flexibility, reflection and evaluation (after eating), and above all it takes love. I believe it is the same for teaching. As a teacher I need the same qualities I use for cooking. My hobby may be cooking but my passion is teaching. With the right ingredients and recipe chefs can make masterpieces. However, I can make many various masterpieces who make those masterpieces all over the world.
This portfolio is designed like a cookbook because like I mentioned above, cooking and teaching share similar qualities. It is a showcase portfolio, to give more information about myself. There are three main categories then an epilogue and a way to contact me. The first main section is general information about my qualifications as a teacher. Second, is examples and models of work I did as a teacher. The last main section is a little bit about my personal history. Then an epilogue for final comments and thoughts.
